Education Initiatives

Arrowhead Excavation partakes in many local and statewide programs to assist in the development of the next generation of industry professionals.  We partake in conversations with student bodies and provide presentations on the importance of decision making, discipline, communication, risk vs. reward, educational focus, amongst others.  This is a free service we provide to assist the positive growth of industry and American jobs.

Arrowhead Excavation provides a scholarship opportunity for one high school senior that exhibits a high level of discipline, work ethic, fortitude, and growth potential.  This may be used to go to college, trade school, business startup, etc.
