Safety

At Arrowhead Excavation, our safety culture is one that integrates safety into all aspects of the project.  Safety is our first priority to not only ensure the safety of our employees but overall project efficiency.  By looking at project preparedness through a safety lense, it allows us to prepare and mitigate risk so it does not negatively impact components of the project such as timelines, materials, scheduling, etc.  Our employees receive industry specific training as well as cross industry training.  This allows us to be able to work simultaneously with other trades onsite and be successful at recognizing potential issues and resolving them before they arise.  This approach has led our employees to make safety the top priority on any job site and continues to aid in the evolution and growth of our safety program to ensure daily operations function smoothly.

Arrowhead Excavation employees conduct daily paperwork to field verify the safety hazards on site.  By completing a JSA or Job Safety Analysis, our employees  recognize potential hazards, weather changes, site changes, as well as other variables that may affect the workday.  Each employee will partake in the process to ensure each employee is understanding of the potential hazards that will affect their work. 

Arrowhead Excavation supplies the industry's best equipment, including personal protective equipment, to our employees.  This translates into a confident team has the education, tools, and machinery to take on any job big or small.
